What you "voice" will be discussed at a committee meeting and results will be in the meeting minutes. You can access them in the private Facebook group for members only.

Talk directly to a committee member
Voice your idea/concern to a committee member and ask them to share it at a committee meeting. The committee member will:
- Share your idea/concern to the best of their ability at the meeting
- Give you an alternative way to voice your idea/concern such as attend a committee meeting or fill out a feedback form.
Come to a general committee meeting
General committee meetings are open to all Horsemens Pony Club members and you are welcome to attend. Please note: while meetings are generally held on the Tuesday evening prior to that month's rally.
The exact date and time is arranged locally with very short notice. The times will be advertised in the Horsemen's Pony Club members only private Facebook page.
Speak to a Junior or Senior committee member
Voice your idea/concern to a committee member and ask them to share it at a committee meeting. The committee member will:
- Share your idea/concern to the best of their ability at the meeting
- Give you an alternative way to voice your idea/concern such as attend a committee meeting or fill out a feedback form.
Our junior committee are aged 15+ and chat to our Junior Rally members and represent their interests in our pony club. Junior members may be more comfortable approaching our junior committee members rather than an adult.
